Jeffrey A. Biddle was born and raised in San Francisco. After graduating from St. Ignatius College Preparatory, Mr. Biddle traveled east to attend Boston
College, where he graduated summa cum laude, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Mr. Biddle then attended The George Washington University Law School, receiving a
Juris Doctor degree in 1998. Mr. Biddle was admitted to practice law in the State of California on January 11, 1999.
During his undergraduate and law school days, Mr. Biddle interned with the Georgetown University National Law Center's Criminal Justice Clinic and the San
Francisco Office of the Public Defender.
After passing the bar, Mr. Biddle worked as a criminal defense attorney for the Law Offices of George P. Roach.
Subsequently, Mr. Biddle was employed for over four years as a Deputy District Attorney by Butte County. While there, he prosecuted thousands of cases, ranging
from petty theft to attempted murder. During the latter stages of his tenure, Mr. Biddle specialized in the prosecution of felony narcotics cases, ranging from marijuana cultivation
to the manufacture of methamphetamine. He has also tried nearly a dozen driving under the influence (DUI) cases to juries.
Mr. Biddle is now pleased to be a member of the Marin County and Bay Area legal communities and looks forward to serving the needs of criminal defendants
throughout the Bay Area.
